A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CONTRACT FROM JULY 1, 1997
THROUGH JUNE 30, 1998 FOR EXCESS WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE
WITH UNITED STATES FIDELITY & GUARANTY COMPANY THROUGH
JOHNSON & HIGGINS
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has excess workers' compensation insurance with an
expiration date of June 30, 1997; and
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has received a favorable quote from Johnson & Higgins for
excess workers' compensation insurance through United States Fidelity and
Guaranty Company,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to contract
from July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998 with United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing
resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City the 16th day of June, 1997 by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
