Pesolution authorizing use of Park and Recreation Facility
funds for Boyd Park Phase One in the amount of $41,726.
WHEREAS, The San Rafael City Council approved allocating the Parkland
Dedication Fund from the Boyd condo project to Boyd Park, and
WHEREAS, the Boyd Park project is ready to proceed with phase one
construction, and
WHEREAS, the Boyd Park Renovation Committee needs $41,726 to
complete the project in a timely manner this year, and
WHEREAS, the City desires to help expedite the project,
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of San
Rafael does hereby authorize an advance from the Park and Recreation
Facilities Fund of $41,726, all of which will be repaid within three years
from the Mission Street condo project and the Marin Historical Society.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the
7th day of JULY ,1997, by the following vote, to wit:
