PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION

WHEREAS, Jan Lacues has been employed by the City since December 1, 1980 as
an Accounting Technician, performing accounting and payroll functions;
and
WHEREAS, Jan is friendly, helpful and extremely thorough, providing information
quickly when questions arise about paychecks; and
WHEREAS, Jan is team player and she goes the extra mile, demonstrating that she
really cares about the situations of her co-workers; and
WHEREAS, Jan is extremely well organized and her attention to detail as she has
consistently prepared error free payrolls through the years is greatly
appreciated by all employees,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby designate Jan Lacues as Employee of the Quarter for the
period ending June 30, 1997, and express sincere appreciation to Jan for her
dedication and outstanding service to the City of San Rafael.
