A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL REAUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF $20,000 TO
PURCHASE A REPLACEMENT PAINT TRUCK.
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the funds necessary to replace an
existing paint truck; and
WHEREAS, bids were sought and a bidder selected; and
WHEREAS, the bidder could not deliver the vehicle specified and the bid
was rejected; and
WHEREAS, the funds must be reauthorized by this Council to purchase
said vehicle in the current fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Council of the City of
San Rafael hereby reauthorizes the expenditure of $20,000 to purchase a replacement paint
truck.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on the 16°i day of September, 1996, by the following
vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
