A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT - "MAP OF
SHORELINE CENTER".
(TO AND INCLUDING SEPTEMBER 23, 1998)
Upon application of the Subdivider thereof, and due cause being shown
this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the construction
of the improvement work provided for in that certain Agreement between the City of San
Rafael and Cal -Pox, Inc., as Subdivider, shall be completed, is hereby extended to and
includes the 23`d day of September, 1998. This extension shall not become effective
unless and until said Subdivider files with the City Clerk the written consent of the Surety
Company upon said Subdivider's Faithful Performance Bond to said continuance and
waiver of statute of limitations for the period of said extension.
I, Jeanne M. Leoncini, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 7th day of October, 1996, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
