A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF A
CONTRACT, LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The City Manager is authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of San Rafael, an
agreement with William M_ Mercer, Inc. to conduct a MCERA - PERS
Retirement Membership Study, for a cost not to exceed $9,200. A copy of the
scope of services to be performed is attached for your information_ The
agreement shall be subject to the approval of the City Attorney_
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of said City held on Monday, the 21st. day of October,
1996, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Miller, Phillips &
Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
