A Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Rafael Approving the Boyd
Park/Museum Master Plan
WHEREAS, The City of San Rafael and the Marin Historical Society have
agreed to jointly plan for the renovation of Boyd Park, and
WHEREAS, the community came together and created a conceptual master
plan for the Boyd Park site to include the Museum and desirable park amenities to
compliment the site, and
WHEREAS, the Marin Historical Society has endorsed the plan, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission recommends the City
Council approve the plan and the Steering Committee phasing ideas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
San Rafael does hereby approve the Boyd PaIrk/Museum Master Plan as presented
by the Designers and the Steering Committee with congratulations and
appreciation for their dedicated work.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 21st
day of OCTOBER , 1996, by the foliowing vote, to wit:
