A Resolution of the San Rafael City
Council Amending the 1995/96 Budget
for the Equipment Revolving Fund
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution 9419 adopting the
1995/96 Budget.
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for the Equipment
Replacement Fund.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City Council a
report outlining the need for additional funds.
Whereas a copy of the Amended Budget is attached hereto and made
part hereof and is designated as Exhibit A.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the San Rafael City Council that
Resolution 9419 is amended to provide an additional $354,899 for
the Equipment Revolving Fund.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a REGULAR meeting of the City
Council of said City held on MONDAY, the 6th
day of MAY , 1996 , by the following vote, to wit:
