A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT
WITH WISE CONSULTING SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The ACTING CITY MANAGER and CITY CLERK are authorized to
execute, on behalf of the City of San Rafael, an amendment to
an agreement with Wise Consulting Services, in a form approved
by the City Attorney, providing for the extension of said
agreement for certain specific services, in an amount not to
exceed $5,000.00.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
City Council of said City held on Monday, the sixth day of May,
1996, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Phillips and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
