PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF 11PPRECIRTION
TO
CHANTRYBELL
WHEREAS, Chantry Bell has been a member of the Planning Department of the
City ofSan Rafael for nearly nine years, and during that time her job performance has been
respected and appreciated by those who have worked with her,• and
WHEREAS, Chantry has consistently demonstrated her commitment to the well-
being of our community and her sensitivity to its environmental resources as well as the
needs of the individual members of that community- and
WHEREAS, Chantry has worked steadily and conscientiously on important and
controversial projects and has continually endeavored to upgrade her professional
knowledge; and
WHEREAS, Chantryis not only attentive to the needs ofher fello w workers, but also
to those of the general public. She is to be commended for her dedication to both the
Planning Department and the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE/TRESOL VED that the Mayor and City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby designate Chantry Bell as the Employee ofthe Quarter for the period
ending March 31, 1996, and express sincere appreciation to Chantry for her commitment
and loyalty to the City of San Rafael.
