RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT OF EASEMENT TO PACIFIC BELL
FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PACIFIC BELL FACILITIES
ON A PRESCRIBED PORTION OF CITY PROPERTY (AP# 09-032-07) ON
CANAL STREET .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL hereby resolves as
follows:
The Vice -Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the grant
conveying said easement to Pacific Bell for installation and maintenance of Pacific Bell's
facilities on a certain prescribed portion of City property (AP# 09-032-07) on Canal
Street, San Rafael, County of Marin, State of California, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated by this reference.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of the said City held on 6th day of May, 1996, by the
following vote, to w it:
