A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE OR MORE FIRE ENGINES
UTILIZING EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the San Rafael City Council authorized Fire Department Staff
to solicit bids for one or more Fire Engines; and
item; and
WHEREAS, specifications were drawn and bids were solicited for this
WHEREAS, these bids have been received and reviewed by Fire
Department Staff;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City Council
that the following action be taken:
That 3-D Manufacturing, Inc. of Shawano, WI, be designated as low bidder
for the one Fire Engine in the amount of $280,217.44 or two Fire Engines in the amount
of $549,709.88.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on the 2 0 th day of MAY . 1996,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Phillips and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
