RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF MARIN
FOR CONNECTION TO MIDAS NETWORK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The CITY MANAGER is authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of San
Rafael, a contract, lease or agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney,
with
COUNTY OF MARIN
FOR CONNECTION TO MIDAS NETWORK
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk ofthe Cityof San Rafael, hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular
meeting of the City Council of said City held on Monday the 17th day of June, 1996. by the
following vote to wit:
