RESOLUTON OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
DEFERRING PAYMENT OF FEES FOR THE MISSION TOWNHOUSE PROJECT
WHEREAS. the Planning Commission and city council did approve the Mission
Townhouse project to promote implementation of Our Vision for
Downtown San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, the project sponsors have requested assistance bringing their project to
construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael that
payment of the following fees shall be deferred until issuance of
Occupancy Permits:
Building Permit fees
Plan Check fees
Development Tax
Park Dedication fees
Plan Retention fees
Traffic Mitigation fees
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of all development fees except the Traffic
Mitigation fee is waived for the Below Market Rate unit in the Mission
Townhouse project
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, City Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of said City held on MONDAY the 1st day of
APRIL , 1996, by the following vote, to wit:
