RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF
IMPROVEMENT WORK - THE GABLES SUBDIVISION
(EXTENDED TO AND INCLUDING NOVEMBER 4, 1997)
Upon application of the Subdivider thereof, and due cause being
shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the
construction of the improvement work provided for nn that certain Agreement
between the City of San Rafael and Muir Valley Land Company, as
Subdivider, shall be completed, is hereby extended to and includes the 4th
day of November, 1997. This extension shall not become effective unless and
until said Subdivider files with the City Clerk the written consent of the
Surety Company upon said Subdivider's Faithful Performance Bond to said
continuance and waiver of stature of limitations for the period of said
extension.
I, Jeanne M. Leoncini, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 20th
day of November, 1995, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller and Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Phillips
DISQUALIFIED; COUNCILMEMBERS: Zappetini. (slueto conflict of interest
