RESOLUTION
SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOUITION OF APPRECIATION
THOMAS 1.OBOVICH,18.
Tom Orovich, Office Engineer in the Public Works Department, has been
an employee with the City of San Rafael for 28 years; and
during Tom's tenure, he has served with excellence and outstanding
distinction; and
Tom has served the City as Chief of Administration in the Public Works
Department and as Purchasing Agent, and
Tom has met each of these challenges with his usual and customary precise
approach to problem solving; and
Tom has set the fashion standard at City Hall with his impeccable
wardrobe; and
Tom's retirement will leave a great void to the Public Works Department
and to the City of San Rafael.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City
of San Rafael acknowledge Tom's excellent work and wish to express their sincere
gratitude, appreciation, and best wishes to Thomas J. Orovich, Jr. for "Perfect Snow" and
for a happy, healthy, and long retirement.
