1. Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of July 21, 2008 (AS) Approve as submitted.
2. Resolution Authorizing the Executive Director to Enter into an Agreement Adopt Resolution.
with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. for a Not to Exceed Amount of
$60,000 to Prepare a Feasibility Study for the Gary Place, Bellam
Boulevard, and Andersen Drive Area (RA)
3. Resolution Authorizing the Executive Director to Enter into an Agreement Adopt Resolution.

Any records relating to an agenda item, received by a majority or more of the Agency Board less than 72 hours before the meeting, shall be
