RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL ESTABLISHING A RATE PER STANDARD RUNOFF
UNIT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CALCULATING THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL CLEAN STORM WATER ACTIVITY FEE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael has enacted an
Ordinance adopting a regulatory fee to fund clean storm water activities as defined
in said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, said ordinance provides that the Council shall set the rate
for a "Standard Run-off Unit (RU)" in order to calculate the Clean Storm Water
Activity Fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael, that, for purposes of calculating the City of San Rafael Clean Storm
Water Activity Fee, the rate is hereby established at $15.00 per Standard Run-off
Unit (RU), for the fiscal year 1995/96.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 17th day of July
1995, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Phillips, Zappetini and
Mayor Boro
