WHEdWS, Sue Carlomagno is the past President, and is a current member of
the Youth in Arts Board of Directors; and
WHOMR S, Toe Carlomagno is a master of coordination, contacts and making
things happen; and
WHOMgS, together Sue and7oe developed the concept of the I Giovani dell
Arte Italian Street Painting Festival,• and
WHEREAS, Sue and7oe put on agreat event for the City of San Rafael
Youth in Arts, hundreds of sponsors and artists, and brought joy
and art to thousands of people.
NOW, THEREFOJIV, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of San Rafael and its
Redevelopment Agenc , expresses its heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Sue and7oe
Carlo no on behalif the youths and adults who have benefited from the community
spirit Sue and7oe Carlomagno.
