TO
WHEREAS, Corporal Harry Barbier's career with the City of San Rafael began in
1968 as a Police Cadet, followed by assignments in several divisions
of the Police Department and the City Manager's office, through his
current assignment as a detective in the Juvenile Division; and
WHEREAS, Harry has consistently demonstrated 100% + in his dedication to the
City and the Police Department; and
WHEREAS, Harry is known for tolerance and helpfulness in his interactions with
fellow employees and the public; and
WHEREAS, Harry treats all assignments as important and with enthusiasm; and
WHEREAS, Harry's extensive knowledge of the City and the Police Department
contribute greatly to the overall effectiveness of the department's
operations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby designate Harry Barbier as the Employee of the Quarter for the
period ending June 30, 1995 and express sincere appreciation to Harry for his dedication
and outstanding service to the City of San Rafael.
