CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS

MARYLOU TAYLOR
WHEREAS, Marylou Taylor has performed her duties as Deputy City Clerk in an
outstanding manner. The quality of herwork was enhanced by a remarkably
pleasing personality. Even under frequent pressures of a very busy office,
her manner always remained calm and unruffled. She was very effective in
handling the public and patient in explaining issues to them; and
WHEREAS, Marylou was instrumental in bringing the City's Permanent Min uies Record
up-to-date; and
WHEREAS, MaryLou's good sense of humor was enjoyed by all her coworkers as well
as City officials, creating an excellent working relationship; and
WHEREAS, MaryLou's loyalty to the City Clerk's office and to the City as a whole was
much appreciated; and
WHEREAS, We sincerely regret that due to circumstances, Marylou must relocate to
another state, and we wish her happiness and success in her future
endeavors. We will miss her very, very much.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Rafael, on behalf
of all its residents, hereby acknowledges the loyal efforts exerted by
Marylou Taylor in her position as Deputy City Clerk.
