PRESENTS THIS
RESOWITION OF dPPRECIdTION
TO
TOM ROTHENBERGER
WHEREAS, Tom has been employed in the Parks Division since March 1, 1978 and was
promoted to Assistant Parks Superintendent on July 1, 1980; and
WHEREAS, Tom is skilled and proficient in the performance of his duties, supervising in an
efficient, quality oriented manner; and
WHEREAS, Tom follows through on every aspect of his job so that nothing is ever done
"halfway"; and
WHEREAS, Tom is tolerant and understanding of others, taking an interest in all of his co-
workers, both on and off the job; and
WHEREAS, Tom's loyalty to his job is clearly demonstrated by his concern for his department
and the welfare of the City; and
WHEREAS, Tom is one of those rare people who is happy to be at work, and his attitude is
an inspiration to others;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San
Rafael hereby designate Tom Rothenberger as the Employee of the Year for 1994 in
appreciation for his dedication and outstanding service to the City of San Rafael and the
community.
