RESOLUTION NO. 9366
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOLUTION OF 11PPRECIRTION
TO
M�l.�J1�M71J�ICIP�LL �W�LTER,DISI'�L7
the Marin Municipal Water District authorized the replacement
of the .Z 08 year -odd water Cine in Downtown San Rafael in the
spring of 1995; and
the replacement of a water Cine in the middle of an active
Downtown area is a do7cuft and complicated project; and
"KNETEAS, the Marin Munkipal Water District cooperated with the City
of San Rafael, the Downtown Merchants and the daily users
of Downtown to minimize the disruption and to make the job
move efficiently; and
the project is now complete, the water service is improved, and
the street is repaved.
NOW, ?J[D9MFOV, BE I7 RE,SOLT*£D, that the City of San Rafael hereby
expresses its sincere ap reciation and thanks to the Marin 91 �[unicipa[Water District for
its cooperation and efficient action in the Fourth Street Water Line replacement.
