Maggior a & Ghilott4 Inc. contracted to construct the Fourth
Street Pipeline *Placement project in the spring of 1995; and
the replacement of a water Cine in the middle of an active
Downtown area with a fidfschedule of pudCic events is a dlfficult
project; and
the timing of the construction was critical because the weather dud
not cooperate and Maggior & Ghilott4 Inc. had a vehicCe entered
in an upcoming Classic Car Parade on Fourth Street; and
Ma&ra & Ghilotti, Inc, conquered alfdafficuftces, moved with
great speed and did an excellent job.
NOW, THUtE "ORE; BE I7.W. OLNED, that the City of San Rafael hereby
expresses its sincere appreciation and thanks to Maggiora & Ghifotti, Inc. for its short
construction schedule and a job weCCdone.
