A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CONTRACT FROM JULY 1, 1995 THROUGH
JUNE 30, 1996 FOR EXCESS WORKERS' COMPENSATION INSURANCE WITH
NATIONAL UNION FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY THROUGH JOHNSON & HIGGINS
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has excess workers'
compensation insurance with an expiration date of June 30, 1995;
and
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has received a favorable quote
from Johnson & Higgins for excess workers' compensation insurance
through National Union Fire Insurance Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager is
authorized to contract from July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996 with
National Union Fire Insurance Company through Johnson & Higgins for
excess workers' compensation insurance.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City the 19th day of June , 1995 by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Phillips, Zappetini & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
