RESOLUTION OF THE SAN RAFAEL CITY COUNCIL
GRANTING AUTHORITY FOR THE SALE OF SECURITIES
WHEREAS the City of San Rafael may receive donations of
securities; and
WHEREAS the City of San Rafael may wish to sell these
securities:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Treasurer
are hereby fully authorized and empowered to transfer, endorse,
sell, assign, set over and deliver any and all shares of stock,
bonds, debentures, notes, evidences of indebtedness, or other
securities now or hereafter standing in the name of or owned by the
City of San Rafael, and to make, execute, and deliver, any and all
written instruments necessary or proper to effectuate the authority
hereby conferred.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City the 17th day of JANUARY 1995, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Heller, Zappetini and Vice -Mayor Cohen
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Mayor Boro
