MARILYN PECUNIA
WHEREAS, Marilyn Pecunia has been employed since March 27, 1989 as the Legal Secretary
in the City Attorney's office, where she is essential to the office's provision of
legal services to the City Council and to the other City departments; and
WHEREAS, Marilyn is a dedicated, willing worker who is attentive to detail, and she is
reliable and resilient, regardless of the workload or the difficulty of the situation;
WHEREAS, Marilyn is tolerant and patient with all persons who call or walk into the office
with questions or requests for service, and she is always considerate of the
feelings of others; and
WHEREAS, Marilyn is hard working, supportive, and accurate, and she is proud of the
Attorney's office and the product it produces; and
WHEREAS, Marilyn is an exemplary employee whose loyalty to the Attorney's office and to
the City as a whole is unquestionable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San
Rafael hereby designate Marilyn Pecunia as Employee of the Quarter for the period ending
December 31, 1994 and express sincere appreciation to Marilyn for her dedication and
outstanding service to the City of San Rafael.
