A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF GRANT
DEED FOR STREET RIGHT OF WAY AT BELLAM AND
CATALINA BOULEVARDS, SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA
FROM SPINNAKER POINT DEVELOPMENT, INC.
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and
welfare require that the real property herein mentioned be accepted and
used for the benefit of the public of the City of San Rafael.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael does hereby accept that certain deed from Spinnaker
Point Development, Inc., dated December 15, 1994, for and on behalf of the
City of San Rafael and the real property described herein, all as more
particularly described and set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, and the Clerk of said City is hereby
directed to cause said deed to be duly recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the
adoption of this resolution.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 6th
day of February, 1995, by the following vote, to wit:

Real property situate in the City of Sari Rafael, County of Marin, State of California
described as follows:
Commencing at the southwesterly corner of Lot 32, said corner being on the easterly
right of way line of Catalina Boulevard, the same as shown and delineated on that
certain map entitled, "Map of Baypoint Lagoons, Unit One, San Rafael, Marin County,
California" filed for record April 23, 1990 in Volume 20 of Maps at Page 81 , Marin
County Records; thence along said right of way along a curve to the right whose
center bears North 50107111" West, having a radius of 340 feet; through a central
angle of 10°16'25", an arc length of 60.97 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing along said right of way along a curve to the right whose center bears
North 39050146" West, having a radius of 340 feet, through a central angle of 2°48' 47",
an arc length of 16.69 feet; thence along a tangent curve to the left having a radius
of 20 feet, through a central angle of 78101'43", an arc length of 27.24 feet to the
northerly right of way of Bellam Boulevard as shown on said map (20 RM 81); thence
along said right of way along a, tangent curve to the right having a radius of 280
feet, through a central angle of 6136'2911, an arc length of 32.29 feet to the corner
of Parcel O as shown on said map (20 RM 81) ; thence leaving said right of way along
the boundary of said Parcel O along a curve to the right whose center bears South
71132'47" West, having a radius of 640 feet, through a central angle of 1157'02", an
arc length of 21.79 feet; thence North 69134155" East, 17.59 feet; thence North 111121,001,
East, 24.89 feet; thence leaving said boundary (20 RM 81) westerly along a curve
to the left whose center bears South 48017113" West, having a radius of 665 feet,
through a central angle of 3101'59", an arc length of 35.20 feet; thence along a
tangent curve to the right having a radius of 20 feet, through a central angle of
9415410011, an arc length of 33.13 feet to the point of beginning.
