WHEREAS, Lloyd haq been an emprti/re of 1r, Citu '( C,r+r 'rnr-,rf f r 27
WHEREAS, Lloyd has served in the position of Assistant Director of Public
Word since February 20, 1985; and
WNERREAS, Lloyd, by his example, is responsible for establishing a standard
of excellence and responsibility in the Department; and
WHEREAS, Lloyd has consistently demonstrated the ability to achieve
consensus on issues ofgreat importance to the City of San Rafaef; and
WHEREAS, Lloyd has set the City of San Rtzfaef squarely into the
information superhighway through his vision and implementation of a Geographic Information
System; and
114WEPEAS, his extreme dedication to his work, has made the City of San
9 ipfaef a better place to live;
WHEREAS, Lloyd was honored for his hard work, and dedication by being
named Empfoyee of the Year for 1992/93.
NOW, THEPEFORE, IT IS 9-(`ERTBIY PTgOf-q ED that the City Council
