PRESENTS THIS
RESOUITION OF 11PPRECIRTION
TO
FORREST CRAIG
WHEREAS, Forrest Craig has been employed in the Fire Department since June 16, 1985, and
was reclassified from Fire Prevention Inspector to Deputy Fire Marshal or
October 1, 1989; and
WHEREAS, Forrest demonstrates an extremely high level of proficiency in carrying out his
assigned responsibilities and displays great initiative, putting in extra hours when
required to complete an assignment; and
WHEREAS, Forrest single-handedly implemented the City's Hazardous Material Program,
which has become the model program for many other jurisdictions; and
WHEREAS, Forrest's attitude and appearance exhibit his professional demeanor and pride in
his accomplishments; and
WHEREAS, Forrest's loyalty to the Fire Department is unquestioned, and his commitment to
the City and community is of the highest order.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San
Rafael hereby designate Forrest Craig as Employee of the Quarter for the period ending June
30, 1994 and express sincere appreciation to Forrest for his dedication and outstanding service
to the City of San Rafael and the community.
