RESOLUTION NO. 9242
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE THE DOCUMENT ENTITLED
"RELEASE OF OBLIGATIONS UNDER AGREEMENT"
PERTAINING TO SHORELINE INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael approved a
Subdivision Map "Shoreline Industrial Park" and an accompanying Subdivision
Agreement in 1983; and
WHEREAS, the requirements of said Map and Agreement have been
superseded by the recordation of the Map entitled "Shoreline Center" and its
accompanying Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to assist Cal -Pox, Inc. in clearing the title
to the aforementioned property by releasing Cal -Pox, Inc. from its obligations under
the Subdivision Agreement recorded in 1983.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute the document entitled "Release of Obligations Under
Agreement" pertaining to the Shoreline Industrial Park Subdivision Agreement.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 7th day of
November, 1994, by the following vote, to wit:

RELEASE OF OBLIGATIONS UNDER AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on August 15, 1983, the City of San Rafael and Cal -Pox,
Inc. executed that certain document entitled "AGREEMENT
(Subdivision Improvements)" which Agreement was recorded August 29,
1983, Recorder's Serial No. -83-42822, Marin County Records; and,
WHEREAS, the purposes of said Agreement have been fulfilled,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Rafael does hereby fully release
and discharge Cal -Pox, Inc. and all other persons having any
interest in the lands shown on that certain Map entitled "Map of
Shoreline Center" filed April 4, 1994, in Volume 21 of Maps at Page
27, Marin County Recorder's Office, from all provisions and
obligations of that certain Agreement (Subdivision Improvements)
dated August 15, 1983, and recorded August 29 , 1983, Recorder's
Serial No. 83-42822, Marin County Records.
