A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT
WITH KIM R. BLACKSETH dba KIM R. BLACKSETH, INTERESTS INC. A,9
CONSULTANT TO THE CITY ON DISABLED ACCESS REGULATIONS
(FOR PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 1, 1994 THROUGH OCTOBER 31, 1996)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute, on behalf of the City
of San Rafael, an amendment to the agreement with Kim R. Blacicseth dba Kim R.
Blacicseth, Interests as consultant to the City on Disabled Access regulations for the
period from November 1, 1994 through October 31, 1996.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Cleric of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of said City held on Monday, the 7th day of November,
1994, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Thayer, Zappetini & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
IT IS HEREBY AGREED between the City of San Rafael and Kim R. Blackseth dba Kim
R. Blackseth, Interests, that the terms and conditions of the original agreement
approved by the City Council on November 1, 1993 as documented in Resolution No.
9053 shall remain in effect, with the exception that the Term of Agreement is
amended to include the following:
This agreement shall be renewed on November 1, 1994 and shall extend through
October 31, 1996 unless terminated by either party hereto. No modification or
amendment of this Agreement shall be valid unless it is in writing and executed by
both parties.
