A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING A LOAN OF $40,000
FROM UNAPPROPRIATED RESERVES FOR FALKIRK
EXTERIOR PAINTING AND RELATED REPAIRS
PROJECT
WHEREAS, bids were received for the Falkirk Exterior Painting
and related Repairs; and
WHEREAS, staff find that the low bid is within the range of the
Architect's estimate; and
WHEREAS, there is an approximate $40,000 short -fall in
funding for said project; and
WHEREAS, Falkirk staffs fund-raising efforts are proceeding
successfully; and

WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael desires to help expedite the
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of San Rafael does hereby authorize a loan of $40,000 from
unappropriated reserves for the above referenced project.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 7th
day of November, 1994, by the following vote, to wit:
