RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING APPLICATION THEREOF
SUN VALLEY OPEN SPACE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
On August 5, 1985, the City Council adopted its Resolution of Intention No.
7159, for public improvements in Sun Valley Open Space Assessment District, City of San
Rafael, Marin County, California.
Said Resolution of Intention, provided that any surplus in the improvement
fund for said assessment, would be applied in accordance with Section 10427 of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
1. A balance of $10,367.30 remains in the improvement fund for Sun
Valley Open Space Assessment District, and said amount is surplus.
2. The amount of $10,367.30 shall be utilized for the maintenance of the
improvements acquired in said proceedings pursuant to said Resolution No. 7159 of
Intention, and as provided in Section 10427 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State
of California.
3. The Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy of this resolution to
the City Treasurer of the City of San Rafael.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City held on the 7th day of November, 1994, by the
following vote, to wit:
