A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 8823 PERTAINING TO THE SALARY OF THE CITY MANAGER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael as follows:
As of July 1, 1994, the annual salary of the City Manager will be increased by three
percent (3%) and the $60.00 currently received per month for Redevelopment Agency meetings is
incorporated into salary. Effective July 1, 1994, the annual salary is $97,545.15. Effective July 1,
1995, the annual salary of the City Manager will be increased with a two percent (2%) salary
adjustment. Effective July 1, 1995, the annual salary would then be $99,496.05. In the event an
enhancement to the Manager's retirement system is enacted, based upon an actuarial study, the
salary for fiscal year 1995/96 may be adjusted to reflect the retirement cost. A revenue formula
has been established in the Management/Mid-Management Salary Resolution that could result in
an additional two percent (2%) salary increase effective July 1, 1995. Benefits provided to the
City Manager are reflected in Resolution No. 91 7,1 and are identified as Management
benefits.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael hereby certify that the foregoing
resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City on Monday, the 18th day of July, 1994, by the following vote, to wit:
