A Resolution of the San Rafael City Council authorizing
the purchase of one new vehicle from Folsom Lake Ford.
WHEREAS,in accordance with the City's 1994-95 Equipment
Replacement Program and duly authorized approval, specifications
were drawn and bids solicited for a new four door sedan to replace
an existing undercover vehicle in the Police Department.
and
WHEREAS, bids were received and opened on November 4, 1994;
WHEREAS, the bid of Folsom Lake Ford of Folsom, California was
the lowest responsible bid received; and
WHEREAS, after review of all the bid documents, it is staff's
recommendation that the bid of Folsom Lake Ford be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the San Rafael City Council
that staff is hereby authorized to purchase one 1995 Ford Taurus
four door sedan at the bid price of $15,246.66, all as set forth in
their bid dated November 3, 1994.
I, JEANNE M LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said
City on Monday, the 21st day of November 1994, by the following
vote, to wit:
