A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7927 AND 8434 WHICH PERTAINS TO
COMPENSATION FOR PART-TIME, TEMPORARY, INTERMITTENT AND
SEASONAL WORKERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael that the wages herein
established are on an hourly basis and that employees who work part-time shall be paid for time
actually worked. Effective the first payroll period following the adoption of this resolution, the
following wage classes, job classifications and salary ranges are hereby established:

At -Will Employment Acknowledgment
I understand that the position I have accepted (position title), is
outside the classified service system and that I am an at -will employee. I acknowledge that my
employment may be terminated with or without cause or notice, at any time, at the will of the City
of San Rafael, in its sole discretion.
I understand that oral or implied contracts are void under Ordinance No. and that
my at -will employment relationship can be modified only in writing (contract or personnel action
form) ratified by the appointing authority.

status.
