RESOLUTION CONTINUING HEARING AND
CONSIDERATION OF ALL MATTERS TO AUGUST 1, 1994
BAYPOINT LAGOONS LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING DISTRICT
CI'T'Y OF SAN RAFAEL, MARIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
(Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972)
The City Council of the City of San Rafael resolves:
On July 18, 1994, at the time set for the public hearing on the questions of
the levy of the proposed annual increased assessments as outlined in the Engineer's
Annual Report, this Council opened said hearing and continued the hearing and
consideration of all matters in connection with the proposed increased assessments in
Baypoint Lagoons Landscaping and Lighting District, City of San Rafael, Marin County,
California to August 1, 1994, at 8:00 P.M., at the Chambers of the City Council, 1400 Fifth
Avenue, San Rafael, California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to post a copy of this resolution on or near
the door of the Council Chamber within 24 hours after the time of continuance.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, California,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on the 18th day of July, 1994, by the
following vote, to wit:
