A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
APPROPRIATING UNAPPROPRIATED REVENUES AS OF JUNE 30, 1994.
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael may have unappropriated
revenues in our operating funds as of June 30, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the City will require the use of these funds in
the future; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to appropriate these
revenues for future use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of San
Rafael that the 1993/94 Budget is amended to appropriate all year
end unappropriated 1993/94 revenues into a reserve for working
capital.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all previously appropriated
year end revenues and reserves be classified as working capital
reserves.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting on the City Council of
said City held on Mondav , the 15th day of August
1994, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Zappetini & Vice -Mayor Thayer
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Heller & Mayor Boro
