RESOLUTION NO. 9114
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES AS
The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of the City of San Rafael, an agreement with the
Marin Street Light Acquisition Joint Powers Authority adding the Town
of Ross. Copy of said Agreement is hereby attached and by this reference
made a part of this resolution.

hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
on Monday, the 21st day of March, 1994, by the following vote, to wit:

SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE
JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT CREATING
THE MARIN C'OiTNTY STREET LT_GHT ACOUTST_TTON JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY
DATED: OCTOBER 1, 1990
The present parties to the existing MSLAJPA hereby
agree to amend the Agreement as permitted by Section 16. The
Amendment is as follows:
SECTION 1. The Town of Ross is added as a member
agency. It shall have the duties and rights of other member
agencies.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the local agencies have executed
this Amendment as of the day and year described below. This
Amendment may be executed on separate signature pages.
