A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A NEW 1994 FORD TAURUS FROM FOLSOM LAKE
FORD.
WHEREAS, in accordance with duly authorized approval,
specifications were drawn and bids solicited for a new 1994 four
door sedans to replace a police vehicle which was damaged in a
recent collision; and

WHEREAS, bids were received and opened on March 15,
WHEREAS, the bid of Folsom Lake Ford was the lowest
responsible bid received; and
WHEREAS, it is staff's recommendation that the bid of
Folsom Lake Ford be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the San Rafael City
Council that staff is hereby authorized to purchase a new 1994 Ford
Taurus from Folsom Lake Ford for the price of $13,508.14 as set
forth in their bid dated March 14, 1994.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council and said
City on Monday, the 21st March, 1994, by the following vote, to
wit:
