A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AMENDMENT OF THE BELOW MARKET HOUSING
AGREEMENT RE: BOYD COURT CONDOMINIUMS
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL AND
THE SAN RAFAEL HOUSING GROUP, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the following language will be
added to all Below Market Rate Housing Agreementsfor the
Boyd Court Condominiums, Exhibit "C"-- Priorities for
Drawing, and shall replace Item #1 --First priority in the
drawing for the units shall be given to all permanent,
full-time employees of the City of San Rafael and people
with disabilites as defined by the Amercians with Dis-
abilities Act.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of
the City Council of said City held on Monday , the
4th day of April 1994, by the following vote;
to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
DISQUALIFIED: Zappatini (Due to potential conflict of interest)
