NELL OTTERBERG
WHEREAS, Nell Otterberg has been an outstanding
reference librarian for the San Rafael Public Library, providing
excellent reference service to the community; and
WHEREAS, Nell Otterberg, through her skill as a
collection development librarian has made a notable
contribution to the community in developing and maintaining
excellent adult fiction and non-fiction collections; and
WHEREAS, Nell Otterberg has contributed a
substantial number of volunteer hours in providing said
services to the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of San Rafael hereby commends Nell
Otterberg on her outstanding contributions to the community
and wishes her well in all her future endeavors.
