A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL GRANTING
AUTHORITY TO SIGN CITY CHECKS AND INVEST CITY FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to reaffirm the
authority to sign City checks and invest City funds.
NOW THEREFORE, the San Rafael City Council authorizes
either the Treasurer or Deputy Treasurer to sign checks on behalf
of the City of San Rafael.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Treasurer is authorized
to invest all funds not required for the immediate necessities of
the City in accordance with the Adopted Investment Policy.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council and said
City on Monday, the 16th of May 1994, by the following vote,
to wit
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen, Heller, Thayer, Zappetini &
Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
