CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
PRESENTS THIS
RESOWITION OF 11PPRECUITION
TO
SETH M. PROSTERMAN
WHEREAS, Seth has voluntarily served as an intern counselor for the
San Rafael Police Department's Youth Services Unit from
September 1991 through May 1994; and
WHEREAS, Seth provided over 2,300 hours of counseling services to the
youth and families of San Rafael during this internship; and
WHEREAS, Seth provided counseling for over 200 adolescents through
counseling at Terra Linda High School, Madrone High School,
and the San Rafael Police Department Diversion Program; and
WHEREAS, Seth provided family counseling for over 40 families through
faraily therapy sessions at the Youth Services Unit and
through telephone counseling; and
WHEREAS, Seth has been commended by school personnel and by
clients as being an extremely professional and skilled
counselor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE /T RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City
of San Rafael hereby extend appreciation for Seth's many hours of dedicated,
professional, and skilled volunteer service to the citizens of San Rafael.
