RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COM-
PLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK - MARIN
LAGOON SUBDIVISION (EXTENSION TO AND
INCLUDING JUNE 30, 1995)
Upon application of the Subdivider therefor, and due cause
being shown this City Council,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the time within which the
construction of the improvement work provided for in that certain
Agreement between the City of San Rafael and Southwest Diversified, Inc., as
Subdivider, shall be completed, is hereby extended to and includes the 30th
day of June, 1995. This extension shall not become effective unless and until
said Subdivider files with the City Clerk the written consent of the Surety
Company upon said Subdivider's Faithful Performance Bond to said
continuance and waiver of statute of limitations for the period of said
extension.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on
Tuesday, the 22nd day of February, 1994, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Heller, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: Cohen
DISQUALIFIED: COUNCILMEMBERS: Zappetini (Due to Conflict of Interest)
