A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT DEED
FOR CONVEYANCE OF SEVEN (7) OPEN SPACE PARCELS
TO THE MARIN COUNTY OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
WHEREAS, in accordance with that certain agreement between
the City of San Rafael, the County of Marin and the Marin County Open Space
District, approved by the San Rafael City Council on August 5, 1991 and
dated August 20, 1991, title to the following lands were to be transferred to
the Marin County Open Space District:
A.P.N. 165-010-12, 73, 74, 82, 88 and 91
and 164-280-49.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute that certain Grant Deed, attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference, for the conveyance of the above described parcels to the Marin
County Open Space District as provided in the agreement between the City,
the County and the Open Space District.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 18th
day of October 1993, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEM 3ERS: Breiner, Cohen, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCII.MEM 3ERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

COUNTY OF MARIN, a political subdivision of the State of California, acting on behalf of
County Service Area No. 23; and
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, a municipal corporation; and
MARIN COUNTY OPEN SPACE DISTRICT, a public district, who acquired title as,
MARIN COUNTY OPEN SPACE DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of California,
hereby GRANT(S) to
MARIN COUNTY OPEN SPACE DISTRICT, a public district
the real property in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin, State of California, described as
follows:
All those rights, title and interest as described in that certain Grant Deed filed for record on April
8, 1976 in Book 3016 of Official Records at Page 02, Marin County Records; and
All those rights, title and interest as described in that certain Grant Deed filed for record on January
3, 1977 in Book 3135 of Official Records at Page 372, Marin County Records; and
All those rights, title and interest as described in that certain Grant Deed filed for record on January
3, 1978 in Book 3313 of Official Records at Page 539, Marin County Records; and
All those rights, title and interest as described in that certain Grant Deed filed for record on January
2, 1979 in Book 3484 of Official Records at Page 50, Marin County Records; and
All those rights, title and interest as described in that certain Grant Deed filed for record on January
11, 1980 in Book 3665 of Official Records at Page 592, Marin County Records; and
All those rights, title and interest as described in that certain Grant Deed filed for record on January
15, 1981 under document number 81 02224, Marin County Official Records.
