A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH COMCO MANAGEMENT, INC.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL RESOLVES as follows:
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of
San Rafael, an amendment to the agreement with ComCo Management, Inc., as the
City's Workers' Compensation Administrator for the period from November 1, 1993
through October 31, 1994, for the annual fee of $72,000, payable in monthly
installments of $6,000.
I, JEANNE M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of said City held on Monday, the 18th day of October,
1993, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Breiner, Cohen, Shippey, Thayer & Mayor Boro
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
IT IS HEREBY AGREED between the City of San Rafael and ComCo
Management, Inc. that the terms and conditions of the original
agreement approved by the City Council on October 15, 1990 as
documented in Resolution No. 8255 shall remain in effect, with the
exception that the fee is amended as follows:
November 1, 1993 through October 31, 1994 - $72,000
annual fee, payable in monthly installments of $6,000.
