A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN RAFAEL AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT
DEED OF SANITARY oj&wj&.. EASEMENT ON SHARON
LEE KING'S PROPERTY (AP #16-121-11) TO THE
SAN RAFAEL SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and
welfare require that the easement hereinafter mentioned be conveyed to the
San Rafael Sanitation District, a special district, for the use as a sanitary
sewer facility.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Rafael, California, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to
execute that certain grant deed of easement for sanitary sewer to the San
Rafael Sanitation District, attached hereto and incorporated herein, and the
City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause said conveyance to be duly
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State
of California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution.
I, JEANNE. M. LEONCINI, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on Monday, the 1st
day of November, 1993, by the following vote, to wit:

GRANT DEED
OF EASEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
MAINTENANCE OF SANITARY SEWER
The City of San Rafael, a municipal corporation (hereinafter called "Grantor" without regard to
number or gender) for an adequate consideration hereby GRANTS and conveys to the SAN
RAFAEL SANITATION DISTRICT, a special district, an EASEMENT over the strip of land
hereinafter described for the purpose of laying down, installing, constructing, renewing, inspecting,
maintaining, repairing and using a public sanitary sewer on or under said strip of land together
with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, in, on and across said strip of land.
Said strip of land is located in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin, State of California, and is
more particularly described as follows:

Real property situate in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin, State of California
described as follows:
A strip of land 10 feet in width laying 5 feet on each side of the following described
centerline.
Commencing at the northwesterly corner of Lot 68, the same as shown and delineated
on that certain map entitled "Map of Loch Lomond Unit One, San Rafael, California"
filed January 11, 1954, in Lieber 7 of Maps at Page 97, Marin County Records; thence
along the northerly line of said Lot 68 (7 RM 97) North 88027155" East, 29.00 feet to
the point of beginning; thence leaving said northerly line (7. RM 97) South 37039'52"
East, 64.70 feet; thence South 1015138" West, 64.60 feet; thence South 4012'22" East,
60.15 feet; Ahence South 12°53'22" East, 58.5 feet, more or less to a point on the
northerly right of way of Manderly Road as shown --on said map (7 RM 97).
The westerly line shall be lengthened or shortened to close on the northerly boundary
of said Lot 68 (7 RM 97) and the northerly right of way of Manderly Road (7 RM 97) ;
the easterly line shall be lengthened or shortened to close on the northerly and easter
boundaries of said Lot 68 (7* RM 97) and the northerly right of way of Manderly Road
(7 RM 97) .
