EASEMENT ON SHARON LEE KING'S PROPERTY (AP #16-121-11) TO THE SAN RAFAEL SANITATION DISTRICT WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience, necessity and welfare require that the easement hereinafter mentioned be conveyed to the San Rafael Sanitation District, a special district, for the use as a sanitary sewer facility. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, California, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute that certain grant deed of easement for sanitary sewer to the San Rafael Sanitation District, attached hereto and incorporated herein, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to cause said conveyance to be duly recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Marin, State of California, forthwith upon the adoption of this resolution. Box 151560 San Rafael, CA 94915-1560 SPACE ABOVE THIS LINE FOR RECORDER'S USE GRANT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF SANITARY SEWER The City of San Rafael, a municipal corporation (hereinafter called "Grantor" without regard to number or gender) for an adequate consideration hereby GRANTS and conveys to the SAN RAFAEL SANITATION DISTRICT, a special district, an EASEMENT over the strip of land hereinafter described for the purpose of laying down, installing, constructing, renewing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing and using a public sanitary sewer on or under said strip of land together with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, in, on and across said strip of land. Said strip of land is located in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin, State of California, and is more particularly described as follows: See Exhibit "A" attached. Job No. 154-80 Real property situate in the City of San Rafael, County of Marin, State of California described as follows: A strip of land 10 feet in width laying 5 feet on each side of the following described centerline.
