WHEREAS, 5anet has been employed in the Public Works Department as an
Engineering Technician since August 21, 1984,; and
WHEn S, yanet has consistently demonstrated her commitment to producing high
quaint* th=Vh work, throughout her career with the City of San Rafael
and
WHEREAS, Janet is unfailingly willing to assist Public Works or other departments
with a. wide variety of graphics Mated or other projects, frequently with
tittle tune to span, in addition to her normal workload and

evidenced by the potential savings to the City resulting from her Andersen
Drive Extension research and the role her °public relations" skills play in
facilitating projects such as the painting of the 3rd & Lootens parking
structure.
